Delicate Detail

I spent the morning walking and praying, my time took me to the Cathedral at the top of the Old Town - so peaceful to sit and pray in such a significant place. Took this pic of this beautifully delicate flower as I came down from the  Old Town and walked around the walls. 
Went and got Asha and had a sloooow walk home - today was Danny's retreat day, so no convenient lift home!

Tonight we had our Tuesday night meeting with friends - everyone was there! So good to all be back together - we've not managed to all be in the same place since our Christmas Feast...

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Sensory overload today - beauty everywhere...Cathedral bells going...chickens sounding happy...birds tweeting...the smell of wild herbs on the breeze...bonfires...amazing.
2) Praying in the Cathedral - such a place of stillness and tranquillity.
3) Tuesday night community - so much laughter around the table - I'm so glad we've all found each other...and all because of the Language Exchange in THE café!
