In Newcastle again tonight for a meeting tomorrow.

8.30am, I think, but I should be finished in time to get the 3pm train home. Fingers crossed. That's the one I'm booked on!

I went into the city early for dinner - not much lunch - so the Blip is the Metro station at Kingston Park as I waited for the next train.

If you're in Newcastle and like Persian food (or want to try), head for Taste of Persia just 5 minutes walk from Central station. Utterly superb and not expensive. I think tonight was my 3rd visit.

I'll be back in Newcastle next week...
