Cake potential

On the way home from seeing the Twelve Apostles I noticed all the roadside blackberry bushes were laden with black fruit! It's definitely berry season in southern Victoria! I picked all these in just one spot - but what should they become? Pie, cake, clafoutis, frangipani?
