When all the shopping cart is ever used for anymore is "Strong-Man Contests", it's time to go.  We had many wonderful years with this cart.  I remember all the fights it caused at play-dates and the tears that have come so suddenly and genuinely every time I've tried to get rid of it in the past.  Son, you're 7 and you can lift it over your head. . . time to say goodbye.  Coming soon to Stanwood Buy, Sell and Swap.
