My medal!

Today I ran the British 10K London Run. I didn't improve on my time (I do a 10K once a year) but I ran the whole thing, which is always my first aim.

And between me and my generous sponsors we've so far raised nearly £700 (plus the old Gift Aid) for The Connection At St Martins, who do splendid work for the homeless in London.

So in answer to Heather Small, THAT''S what I've done today to make me feel proud!
