The week got off to a quiet start with less people than usual in the office . The new CRM system continues to plumb new depths of ineptitude causing much weeping and wailing and general wonderment as to how this could have been deemed as an acceptable implementation. I never thought I would mourn the passing of the old system so much...

The day dawned dark and remained so for the majority of the day. Just towards "sunset" a shower of rain brought a brief break in the clouds and this was it :)
