High and dry Summer

Unlike the rest of the country we've been enjoying a High Summer. Warm, sunny and dry with the irony of the West Highland population being asked to save water!

Yes believe it or not the Highlands are running out of water - even our neighbours's taps ran dry. There's been no rain here for around nine weeks so we've all been asked to be careful how we use it - now who would have thought it?

The wild flower are looking magnificent.
