Water
I just don't like it!
I really do have a mental block about drinking it. I know all the reasons why I should, all the health benefits but that isn't enough to make me drink it.
I have one cup of coffee in the morning and that's it, I can go all day without another drink and I don't mean another coffee I mean anything. I don't really drink fizzy stuff anymore (well unless it had a little something extra in it *wink*) and I don't feel thirsty.
A goal set by my trainer is to build up to at least 1 litre a day which I managed to force myself to do it!
However if I don't force myself I won't get around to drinking water as I've just realised I didn't drink a single cup over the weekend.
Arghhh
