Splash

The rain held up for most of the day, though at the time of writing we have just had a heavy shower. At the beach there was a cold wind, this reduced the perceived temperature below that shown by the thermometer.

It was high tide when I was at the beach, some fairly large waves were coming ashore and over the steps.
