Straight from the oven
Pork loin stuffed with mushrooms and apricots, rolled and wrapped with bacon.
Part of the preparation, which I wanted to capture, involves beating hell out of the pork with a rolling pin. Unfortunately, due to a breakdown in communication between Mrs T and I, I missed it. You'll have to make do with a blip of the finished article, which doesn't do it justice, only the string was left.
