Dolmas

More food. It was a quick sidestep from Scottish to Turkish tonight; kuru patlican ve biber dolmasi to be precise. Served up to D&G, who'd brought the dried aubergines and peppers back with them from Turkey last year. Have to say I was pleasantly surprised, not to say relieved, that they tasted pretty good! There's plenty stuffing left too so that'll take care of tomorrow's dinner. Or maybe Tuesday's - I've got tonight's leftovers to get through first. It's a tough life.
