A mild (14 degrees C) day. Warmer than some of the Mediterranean resorts.

We visited Aysgarth this afternoon. The River Ure was in full flow over the limestone steps of the triple flight of waterfalls.

The last visit here was back in 2003 when Harriet was just eight years old and the river was much calmer (see extra)
