Windy Sunday

A better than normal sleep, 5hrs uninterrupted is cause to celebrate these days.
Went out for a long ish walk, one that I promised myself a long long time ago, I'd forgotten how much windier it gets on the Kessock Bridge compared to what you experience just walking through town.
The wind had taken a real liking to my beanie hat and tried really hard to blow it off my head, didn't quite manage though.
I had a nice walk through town and out past the harbour, surprised by the different birds I spotted on the way, never really gave it much thought before, it was a surprise to see rooks down at the water, I normally associate them with being more inland for some reason, but then again it's not too far from open water where I stay. I took lots of pics today, this fascinated me most as I walked back into town, not a huge boat in the grand scheme of things, but it really made the harbour look small, yet it just appeared to turn on a sixpence as it cast off this morning.
I have this yearning to be out on the water again.
