Disrepair

The Drovers Inn used to be a fantastic restaurant in East Linton. It has been shut now for about 10 years.When we lived in Northumberland we used to come up to visit my parents and would go to The Drovers for a meal. It would be great if someone would take it on and reopen it.
I think the sign is full of decaying run down character. Maybe it squeaks in the wind...
The extra is an old derelict farm steading. It was supposed to be redeveloped into a shopping ,restaurants House of Bruar type place but nothing has come of it .
