This game is pants...

Gymnastics this morning with L which allowed me my customary catch up on some work whilst I wait.

After lunch and a quick visit to see Grandma and Grandad, MrsT was going out for lunch with old friends so L and I made up a new game which was to see who could throw her (clean) pants up to the ceiling then catch them on their head.

It was fun! Honest!

Later I took L to NRG class and popped into the gym for a quick work out.

Ten pin bowling tonight.
