Shells

Valentines day is just around the corner. So for all you romantic folks out there this is a reminder of what was popular over 100 years ago. One of my seafaring ancestors brought this back from of of his voyages. Slightly better than a card from Tesco. I'm amazed that it survived wars, house moves and being packed away in the loft. The shells are still remarkably bright. With a bit of luck this will be passed on to the next generation.
