Meet and greet

Today we walked 5 minutes from our home to meet former newspaper columnist Nicolle Flint. She will be the local candidate for our area at the next Federal election. She will replace the retiring sitting candidate in what has traditionally been a safe seat.

I figured it would not be an easy job door-knocking and so we took this opportunity to show some interest and meet her at the nearby local park. Until recently Nicolle wrote a weekly column for "The Advertiser", and she has worked as an adviser to state and federal leaders as well as the Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. We wish her every success.
