Boot camp...Oorah

It was a pretty sunset as the boot camp started, a balmy 39 deg and a refreshing breeze. Warm ups then pounding the beach.

My worst moment was 'running' along the beach on my knees. Still I survived it. The car needs a good vacuum as I was covered everywhere (oh yes) in sand.
