A sliver of rock

Son was asked to clear a garage for a friend and dispose of the contents – and if there was anything he wanted he was welcome to take it. Amongst the things he came home with was a carton of crystals. Lots of them look interesting but one in particular did so. It was a very think cross section sliver and this evening I played with it and I like one of the images enough to use as my blip for today. It reminded me of an aerial view of islands I saw when we visited The Maldives
