Making a CD

Today Winchester Community Choir have been recording a CD.  After each performance we are going to record some of our repertoire.  So for next Christmas we will be able to give people copies of our CDs as presents and sell the at our concerts.

This is us having a break in between recording.  Each song had to be sung at least 6 times and as I haven't been able to sing recently I spent the session sucking Vocal Zones - cough sweets for singers.

Winchester always has lots of buskers and unfortunately there was a very loud couple just outside the church.  As their sound was amplified I asked them very politely if they could turn down their bass. They may have adjusted it slightly but they were still too loud and were disrupting the recording.  They were not being very supportive so eventually at our request the police got involved and with some encouragement they moved.

In the choir there are two other blippers Miranda1008 on the right and HalfWayUpAHill, fourth in from the left.  I am of course behind my phone.

We'll be recording again in May
