Further protests at the Valley

Following the protests at the last home game three weeks ago, Charlton have been knocked out of the FA Cup and beaten 5-0 and 6-0 in the last two league games. Today's performance and result, a 1-1 draw against Blackburn Rovers were therefore something of an improvement, but there remains strong opposition to the way the club is being run, and the turn out at today's protest after the final whistle was considerably greater than last time. Whether it will bring about any change from a stubborn owner and management, though, remains to be seen.
