Moving da Boat
The morning started off not too bad, even a peerie bit of sunshine trying to get out. The afternoon rolled in and so did the showers. It's been a showery evening too.
Woke up bright and fresh this morning and got the house chores out of the way. I nipped into Lerwick to get a few errands and a trip to the DIY stores to look for a new additional kitchen cupboard. The afternoon was spent cleaning the house, with a trip to the dump with a load. It's amazing how things gather in the house and they never get used. Mam popped by this afternoon and she's coming back this evening to get me to help her setup her new laptop. I have managed a few walkies this evening with Sammy. There was the odd drizzle shower but mainly dry. Another quiet night in by the fore for me :)
There hasn't been much to snap photos of today and the dull afternoon didn't help matters. As I was heading into Lerwick, I did spy the neighbour's working with their boat. Moving a boat with the tractor isn't an everyday scene here, but it's not rare either, and the old Massy Ferguson's have been a crofter's pal for many years in Shetland :) This is David Adamson at Valligarth, Cunningsburgh.
