Hainanese chicken rice
That's what husband and eldest son wanted to eat tonight, so I made it from scratch following a recipe from a food blog which I will add as soon as I am on the laptop. Find the recipe here. It tasted pretty good and authentic too, and this without any shop pastes nor any pandan. Singapore comfort food!
