SWRI activity night

I'm not supposed to still call it SWRI, it's SWI these days. It'll still be the rural to me tho. We had an activity night, our secretary makes the most beautiful quilts and ran a wee quilting workshop. We all made quilted pot stand mats. We also had run nicks tea cakes as our secretary is very partial to a tunnocks tea cake! A lovely social evening with some very lovely ladies.

I ran 3 miles in the morning - day 2 of my HM training - not sure it really justified the extra calories :-D
