Potato mushrooms

My good friend had lent me her spiraliser a while back, so thought I'd better give it a go before returning it. I spiralised some potatoes to make curly chips to bake in the oven, slimming world style. Once the potatoes had been 'Spiralled' they left behind this strange mushroom like shape.
