Harps in waiting

I was at a concert last night in aid of Amnesty International. The performers were two young women fresh from music college, on a harp and a flute. I was very impressed by the performance, particularly the harpist who was able to play a wide range of pieces originally designed for other instruments and to perform some interesting percussion effects as well.
