Changes

Over the past few years I have fallen out of love with the city of my birth.
The streets and people are generally less friendly. They are not any more aggressive or anything; just not such a warm place as it used to be.
It has changed.
I really have no problem with places changing and evolving, but I believe Aberdeen is not evolving into a modern and dynamic city like it should.
A lot of people, including the local council in my opinion, worship ££££££$$$$.
Why else would they knock down a 60's eyesore and build a 21st century equivalent? I am not against all glass constructions. I am not inward looking or looking to the past and expect them to replicate the 19th/ early 20th century, buildings that are abundant here; but some post modern, designers are in short supply up these ways.
