not at all convinced by this photo
raw meat is almost impossible to make into a great food picture

the smell of the lemon and herbs (and butter and garlic) is divine
the freshness and brightness makes this recipe so appealing on a sunny Sunday
but nothing changes the fact that this is still raw meat
I don't want to eat it right now
and no matter how well anyone photographs it, that removes the mouthwatering quality for which I aim

(after a couple of hours crisping up in a hot oven it'll be a different story of course)
