Black as night

This is - of necessity - a back blip.

Yesterday, as you can see, a wild storm came through.  I had my MonoMonday images all sorted, hearts organised, blip done - and the power went out.

So I'll be publishing the MonoMonday results a little later today, with today's blip because more people will see them.

This image is not mono, though it could very well be.  We've never seen such a storm but it brought some extremely welcome rain - about 20mm I reckon, all in the space of half an hour.
