Welcome to Poundbury.

Todays work took me to Malmesbury and then on to Poundbury. For most of the journey there the rain was torrential and many of the roads were flooded. Todays Blip was taken in Queen Mother Square in Poundbury It is somewhere I often wanted to visit and I'm glad to have had the opportunity today. Although a modern town, started in 1993 and still being built today, the style of the buildings are more classical. The building in the picture his to be apartments and the extra picture shows a typical street. It is very cleverly done, combining modern convenience with a more pleasing style of buildings.
