berries

A housework day. 

Early afternoon I took the camera into the garden to see if there was any colour. All I could find were a few cotoneaster berries and while bending over taking photos I felt big raindrops on my back.  Then I didn't like the colour shots and started to play in mono. Suppose I could have tried a selfie of me in my 'marigolds' using my new phone )

About 12 years ago I dug this shrub out when we replaced the fence then more than 6 years later I noticed new growth  -  it could only have been about 6 inches high. Now it covers more than a section of the fence and needs cutting back. 

I plan to get a lot of backblips posted over the weekend and will leave comments switched off until that's done. Hope you don't mind.
