Bowling

Saturday morning, the electricity went out at about 9:30am.....so my laundry stopped....the dishes couldn't be done, and many other tasks were put on hold.  We had bananas and graham crackers with peanut butter for breakfast and cold pizza for lunch.  The storm ended by 11am, but the electricity was still out.  While the girls played around inside, I went outside and pulled down all the Christmas lights.  Hate to see them go...but certainly time.  

In the afternoon, we headed into town to return the cousin, and so that Sugar could participate in the group photos for dance.  Then we met a few friends for pizza and bowling.  We so rarely bowl. It was a great treat.  So many giggles.  Good times.  

Sugar was soon tired from staying up too late with her cousin, and we headed home where we found that our electricity was STILL out.  Off to our snuggly blankets we went.
