Classic old frill pigeon I think?

Anyway what happened:
I was in the garden cleaning up before our holiday departure (literally 30 min away) and this cute thing flew and landed just beside me, useless to say that I run for the camera.
Well he/she had a few moments showing off around the garden and I noticed the rings.
From all the pictures I took I could come up with an NPA and numbers so I went online and found out that there is a National pigeon association, but we were flying away and he/she flew away.

On our return I found out that you can report them but just if they are contained!!
So I now hope he/she is safe and free somewhere near Paisley! Positive thinking....
