Betting

A few weeks before Christmas us Bs decided to make our nativity set with LEGO. 4 hours later we'd collaborated and completed a suitable scene. This was Miss Bs highlight contribution.

The nativity has been played with ever since but today it was photographed for posterity before being tidied away, because;
a) it's nearing the end of January and;
b) it was mighty dusty!

In other news... Pulling up outside our house this evening Master B observed the Scout hut door was open and the lights on; "Oooh there must be something going on tonight." he merrily piped, then; "it's like a betting shop isn't it, only a nice one. Everyone has a go at guessing the results." Explanation : His only experience of entering the hut was on election day when I was placing my vote! I laughed and he asked why I was laughing. I explained that the way he sees things is often different to me, but absolutely brilliant, and it makes me happy so I laugh. "It's my other sense." he said matter of factly. Yup. x
