Winter Branches

Treated my boys to breakfast this morning before my biggest boy headed home then went for a nice winter's stroll with a friend.

Made our way home through a local park and managed to snap this shot of bare winter branches. I love the stark contrast between the branches, shadows and the glorious watery winter sunshine peeking through. Did a good 5 miles in total today and enjoyed every step.

My dress arrived today for the gala dinner on Saturday too so it's been a good day all round.
