anticlimax
After yesterday's "day out" in the Big City, today was an anticlimax.
I ate well, but apart from that it's been one of those days which just pass by uneventfully.
I made hummus for lunch. I hadn't made it for ages, but a recent chat with a friend about the difference in taste between the supermarkets' versions and homemade reminded me to make it. No added sugars. No added anything, of course.
I had chicken vindail for dinner. Hot. Spicy. Good winter comfort food.
