Perfection

There is a certain satisfaction you get when you realise you can just do something, without a great deal of thought or preparation, you just instinctively know how it all comes together.

Tonight I made my hot n sour soup without even a peek in a book or a web page. I do think the success is in the stock (which I made last night) but also I love that despite not having ALL the traditional ingredients I could still pull it all together.

I had three helpings.
