Leaving Newington Green, again...

Last morning. I had to go to the shop so took a quick last lap of the Green.
The old brick building seen on the left through the trees is where I went to infant school. It was apparently founded by Mary Shelley 's mother as a school for girls in the days before there were schools for girls.

We finished the packing up. Had visitors. Had lunch. The storage people came and took everything away. Then we and our prodigious amounts of luggage jumped in an Uber which brought us to a hotel near Stansted airport where we have got nice and comfortable for the night.

Flying home tomorrow !
