To strike or not

I was at my GP's surgery and saw this beautiful poster on a notice board

Despite the government tell us they are pouring more and more money into the NHS, it was announced today we are falling way down the table of EU countries when it comes to percentage of GDP on health

We used to head the table and the NHS was the envy of the world

I'd like to see us head up the league table again but how we persuade the government?
