CONDENSATION
at my window, in the morning. It is my contribution to the marvellous Abstract Thursday challenge which is hosted by youoregon1.
A misty day, cold too.
After lunch Piet Hein and I cycled to the sea. The mist gave it an unreal touch. At first there were hardly other persons walking on the beach, but later we met dogs and their owners, all having a good time.
Above our heads geese flew in formation. Good for an extra photo.
Fingers cold, toes cold. At home we were warm soon enough.
My haiku:
The geese had lost their
Orientation, they flew
In all directions
And the quote by Montaigne in "Of repentance" (Essays 1580-88):
The virtue of the soul does not consist in flying high, but in walking orderly.
