Flat with Riverside view
Along the North Bank of the Humber the old disused docklands have been transformed into a sort of Esplanade with flats and houses that abut the river bank, often with fine views as with an unobstructed view to the south, many of them catch both sunrise and sunset in their living rooms, a big plus, however there is a down side, being of such an open aspect .when the wind blows.............
Fortunately hanging out washing appears to have become a thing of the past.
These are lovely to look at, but being an old fogey, I remember and miss the busy life of the old docks, sometimes I wonder whether most of my earlier life was just a dream...
By the way the muddy bit at the right hand front was where i photographed the Curlew and Redshank, but they weren't there today.
