Princes Street by Night

On a totally overcast and murky day I found myself in Edinburgh wondering what the heck to take for my blip. I decided to embrace the murkiness and see just what sort of shot I would get of Princess Street in the twilight. Shot from Calton Hill on a 30 second exposure I wondered how the night lights of the street and traffic would pierce the gloom. It is certainly better than I could see myself and you can at least tell the time by the Balmoral Hotel clock.
