The news so far...

Well as you can see, no view from the bedroom window. Opted instead for a 'moody' shot of the rare creature, soon to be extinct- the greater spotted red telephone box. It is so nice to see them, as they are so infrequent now. Their colour is so vibrant against the murky, misty background. Tried to make some 'pretend sunshine' during processing. Hope you like it.

Venture bravely out for a wee walk about 10.00 as it was only drizzling. By the time I walked to the bottom of the hill,you guessed it, the rain came apourin'. Cut photo shoot short. That and noticed that battery running low. What a divvy, come to such a beautiful place and forget to charge my battery on my camera. It should be ok I think. Hopefully will get that desired landscape shot.

Well for the first time ever, the tv will be on here( as a retreat never normally on.) We will be watching the final of the tennis. Yeah. Then afterwards when my nerves are totally shot, a chilled afternoon. Maybe write another chapter in my book, as the literary juices are flowing quite well just now. Anyway, will bore you no longer.
