Purple Sunbird(Cinnyris asiaticus)

Another new bird and one I have wanted to photograph for a very long time, especially this being a male Purple Sunbird in breeding plumage, as he is usually yellow!
Aren't his metallic feathers incredible, very much like a little hummingbird, but surprisingly, Sunbirds are not related. I will be looking out for a very elaborate oblong nest that the rather plain female Sunbird builds. Sunbirds are only 10cm, so the chicks are seriously tiny.
