Snowy Hamptons

Our weekend getaway brought us to the Hamptons today, where the first snow of the year welcomed us! Defeated by the cold we only glimpsed the Montauk lighthouse (extra), only to be surprised by a beautiful white world after dinner in Bridgehampton (see above). On the way home I attempted to find the Sag Harbor house where John Steinbeck started his famous travels with Charlie, I think I did, but again, the cold...and once home we had an all American evening watching the last Democratic debate before the first primaries. An exciting time to live in this country (and scary too - Trump-wise)
