wonderful friends

I had thought my blip would be another view of mist over the river but instead it's this beautiful, surprise bouquet I received from some of my running friends. I'd been feeling a bit down as my shoulder is being so slow to heal (though better progress the last few days) so it gave me a real boost.
I find fellow runners and hill walkers are great friends, they accept you as you are and look out for one another, I'm so grateful to have such wonderful friends.
