Calm

There was no walking to school this morning as Will needed to be there early doors for a Hindu temple trip for meditation, yoga and prayer. So Rosie and I went for a early morning beach walk to admire the fantastic sunrise. Rain on Friday though, a golden retriever owner told me.

I spent much of the rest of the day on the phone. Am really quite talked out. Maybe I also need a spot of meditation and yoga.
