This is a blip blip - meaning having a shocking cold I stayed indoors all day hoping to hit it on the head, by evening I remembered to do a blip, it's not a good one - is just a bit of a blip.
I kept thinking of our grandmother's expression of having a cold 'a shocking cold' and thought I've not heard a cold described that way before or since. Do you remember SJB!? Are you better yet? I'm not! Very annoying.
