Cheating (But....)

As you may notice I never actually took this photo... It was taken by the ever lovely DJ (John) who decided he should get the camera and I should get the DJ equipment??. So in honour of this great pic of me todays blip soundtrack is THIS.

Now why in hells name did I have my camera at the pub & not have a single (alcoholic) drink all night?

Well, I have been given the job of being a "reportage" photographer at a joint 21st Birthday party in August. Got the Flash-gun and tonight I was in the pub trying out different things with it.

Me, the Lumix, the three lenses, the flash gun & extra batteries went to the pub and took some pictures. Important lesson learned - Get a spare camera battery (My camera was left at 1 bar by the end of the night). All in all got some great pictures (Couple of slighty fuzzy ones due to me trying the tracking-focus and the camera deciding something else was more important.)

I was also caught off guard by how nervous I was at first, didn't know what to say or do to get people to allow me to take pictures... Needless to say the drunks led the way and kept demanding photo's - By end of night I was confidently getting people to pose and do daft stuff haha
