Studio Night Week 1

After another joint working from home day today and dinner with the girls, it was week 1 of my (Chris) camera club studio portrait course.

On the whole I do very little of this type of shooting the rest of the year so it's always a bit of a head scratching session when we start the course each January. As ever we were blessed with some extremely patient models and after a bit of fumbling around getting everything setup, the shutters and flashheads were soon firing.

Simple two light, simple backdrop setups tonight, this is Emma a new model to the club. We've got four of these sessions, one every three weeks so I'll try to remember what I learnt tonight for next time!
